Insurance companies do not care about you, even your own.  They are trying to save money.  I don’t care how nice the lady on the phone sounds, or how quickly they return your calls at the beginning.  At some point, they will try to pay you as little money as possible.

So you need a lawyer.  And you should try to get a lawyer who is experienced enough to handle your case correctly, but isn’t some fossil who is counting down the days to retirement.

And seriously, do you want a law firm that has to advertise on television?   Some of those guys on the commercials are friends of mine, and great lawyers.  But do you really think they are going to handle your case, as opposed to someone else at the firm?
