Biography

Mr. Allston graduated from the University of Notre Dame, in 1992, and from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University, Washington D.C., in 1995. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Allston is a member of a long list of impressive, yet boring, legal organizations.

Mr. Allston presently handles matters involving personal injury, automobile accidents, work related injuries, medical malpractice, and product liability matters. His practice is limited to representing the interests of injured individuals, as opposed to the greedy, soulless insurance companies that spend all their time trying to figure out ways to avoid paying people they should pay.

Mr. Allston was previously a partner at a once great law firm.  However, realizing that the world had passed that firm by, in February 2004, he opened The Allston Law Firm and hasn’t looked back since.

Mr. Allston presently lives in Montgomery County, Maryland with his wife, Monica, 3 children, two dogs: Corby and Flanner and his cat: Marcus Freecat.
