Mr. Allston graduated from the University of Notre Dame, in 1992, and from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University, Washington D.C., in 1995. He was admitted to the bar of the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Allston is also a member of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Mr. Allston is a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the DC Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Prince George's County Bar Association, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Allston presently handles matters involving personal injury, automobile accidents, work related injuries, medical malpractice, and product liability matters. His practice is limited to representing the interests of injured individuals.
Mr. Allston was named a partner at Koonz, McKenney, Johnson, DePaolis & Lightfoot in January in 2002. In February 2004, he opened Allston & Associates.
Mr. Allston presently lives in Montgomery County, Maryland with his wife, Monica, daughter, Grace and son, William.
